Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DVDEnvy. This is a preliminary version and will be expanded before public launch.
Using DVDEnvy
You must be able to form a binding contract to use DVDEnvy. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (collection data, listings, posts). By submitting content you grant DVDEnvy a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. Submissions to the public Library may be retained as part of the community catalog.
Marketplace
Buyers and sellers transact directly and are responsible for their listings, communications, and shipments. DVDEnvy provides tools but is not a party to transactions. Detailed marketplace rules are published separately.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no fraud, harassment, infringing content, scraping, or attempts to bypass the marketplace or security controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
